Refund policy


Returns & Exchanges:

At Holy Gains Co., every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or color selected
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering mistakes

We strongly recommend reviewing the sizing chart and product details before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or there is a clear manufacturing issue, we’re here to make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide a clear photo showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or refund.

There is no need to return the item.

If multiple items are affected, we may request an additional photo (or video) showing all items in one frame.

 

Production Variations:

Because each item is custom-made:

  • Slight variations in color and print placement may occur
  • DTG print placement can vary up to 0.5 inches

These are normal and are not considered defects.

 

Shipping Issues:

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or delivery failure:

  • You may request a reshipment (additional cost may apply)
  • Or receive a partial refund
